High Noon is an American/ German flag bleaching station converting flags to all white through UV Dye Discharge.

Cuddle Knot was a performance of lowering the American flag for the German flag to be tied around it. Then raised again to overlook the WWII memorial. Work Sponsored by the Indianapolis Public Library
